Sales Associate Part-time / Full-time
- Provide customer service and assist customers with their queries
- Handle sales transactions and ensure proper accounting for money and orders
- Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and front-faced
- Ensure equipment and the store are kept clean and well maintained
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Able to work rotating shifts
Shift Leader
- Provide customer service and assist customers with their queries
- Ensure proper sales and accounting for money and orders
- Ensure equipment is well maintained and report maintenance problems to the Store Manager
- Adhere to all food service/loss prevention procedures as per the company’s guidelines
- Assist with the preparation of operation-related reports
- Support the Store Manager whenever required
- Able to work rotating shifts
Assistant/Store Manager
- Lead team members in achieving sales objectives, service excellence and operational compliance
- Supervise the daily work performance of team members
- Handle customer feedback and recommend improvement areas
- Responsible for ordering, receiving, inventory and cash control of the store
- Roster scheduling and assign shift duties
- Coordinate with respective departments on promotional activities and general matters relating to the assigned store
- Ensure high store standards of assigned store
- Able to work rotating shifts
TIM Operator (Part Time/Full Time)
- Perform counter sales duty for betting products, namely Toto, 4D, Big Sweep, Sports and Tote bets
- Process prize claims for winning tickets
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the TIM booth area
- Attend to customer queries
- Receive prior training from Singapore Pools
- Able to work rotating shifts
